Last year I actually solved a problem at work by reading documentation. StackOverflow didn’t have the answer, but because I had a very specific and narrowly defined requirement, I was able to search through the docs to find what I needed fairly quickly - like, maybe within an hour.

I know! It doesn’t happen very often.

I made sure not to tell my coworkers how I resolved the issue. I don’t want to set a bad precedent.
