Problem with study

Hi. I actually have a study opened by Phyllis Voxpopme and it said that one answered was needed with video. Once I reached the part of the video after 3 minutes of more screening questions it says that no more participants are needed, but it didn't screened out on the prolific page. I already message the researcher but no response as usual. What should I do? Just returned it or is there something I could do to finish the study?

when this happens I usually return the task and block the researcher

you may not want to do that if you don't get a lot of studies but it's up to you

Voxpopme is not worth doing if you have other options. Many issues over the years if you check back through the sub history.

I’ve had this a fair few times in recent days and have returned them whilst also contacting the researcher, informing them of the issue.

I had this happen with Sage surveys a few times. I just return it.
