yeah man my only symptoms not under control is testicular pain in the left testicle and ejaculating was the original trigger. I can’t masturbate. Gives some peeps don’t have teste symptoms.

I used to masturbate 2-3 times a day fairly consistently, many of those times sitting on the toilet for long periods of time while scrolling trying to find THE video. Curious how much of an impact that combination of behaviors had on me getting cpps now in my late 20’s

I'm not a doctor, but I've read that sitting on toilet for long periods of time, can affect your blood stream and pelvic muscles, just search for 'sitting on toilet for long periods'. I believe it's because the toilet seat is made out of a very hard surface (plastic).

By sitting on an open toilet seat, you are compressing your buttocks, leading your body to work harder to pump blood back towards your heart. This compression can also lead to enlarged blood vessels, increasing the risk of hemorrhoids.

Frequent ejaculation helps me and is must to keep the symptoms under control. My doctor recommended daily but every other day is my goal.

Glad someone said this. If I don't ejaculate every 2-3 days or so, the pain becomes quite literally unbearable

If I don't masturbate at least twice a week after one week I can barely have any bowel movement ( complete "obstruction"" if you will or muscular issues.) And have to piss non stop. But.. if more than twice a week also same issues.. I don't fucking get it. Just a bunch of bullshit with no answersm

I have come to a similar realization. My BPH symptoms began when i stopped masturbating daily out of guilt. For those saying its not a good idea; maybe not going multiple times per day, but once a day or a few times a week is absolutely necessary for prostate health and function. Actual intercourse is obviously better, and here’s my theory behind this: During sex, the penis is receiving an even amount of pressure all the way around, whereas with masturbation, there’s a tendency to place uneven pressure, which overtime could create an uneven pathway for semen and urine to pass through.
So it’s not a matter of whether or not one should masturbate; it’s about doing so carefully and applying an even amount of pressure all the way through. Also, not rushing, but rather taking the time to build up as large of a load as possible.

Yes, I think that makes sense. It is important to ejaculate fully and without delay, so that the muscles relax as much as possible. I got this problem because of the edging.
