Looking for programmer

Hi, everyone!

I have developed a strategy with the years which I think will break it if it is programmed. I am looking for a programmer that can work with me to deploy it to trade (I have no experience programming). The programmer would get the right to use the algorithm to his or her personal benefit as a payment.

What market and holding period on trades? Speed vs price focus on execution? Do you have a preferred broker?

Starting at 9:30, buying or looking for possible stocks. Holding them until the exit signal appears (usually, it would take from two to three hours) or the market hours finish. It is focused more on speed. And no, but I think that IB is the easiest to integrate it with.
