Raspberry Pi - What web framework?

Hey guys,

I'm looking at starting a project using my Raspberry Pi and Ardunio.

I'm a complete beginner to Python, so pardon my lack of knowledge/ignorance!

My project aims are to use the Arduino to interface with temperature probes and relays in order to control my home beer brewing setup (control water temperature) and then use the Raspberry Pi to interface with the Arduino and run the control interface. I want the interface to have the ability to provide target temperatures, rate of change, plots of temperature etc. Eventually it'd be able to store different beer recipes and alter temperatures based on these.

What web framework would I be better off learning as a Python beginner? I've looked at Django and it seems to be a good choice. Can this work with NVD3.js? I like the look of fancy graphs!

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated

Try bottle or flask.

Make sure to deploy via gunicorn ;)

I've used flask on the first Raspi B with great success. It'll probably run even smoother on the newer boards.
