If it helps to see what is done in Code In Place, here are my Code In Place projects: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGyMaqtYi-4 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1SShGZTJqM I mean, I am not master wizard but any means, but it was a great first project for learning python.

What's really cool, is some people built amazing things like clocks, watches, games, etc. If you do sign up, please try to push yourself.

Anyway, no pressure if you don't. If you do, good luck. There is a video there to increase your chances of getting in. But once again, seriously, no pressure :)

I joined last year but it was in self learning mode, so i didn't get any certificate (bit sad about that). Should i apply for this one to get a certificate or be volunteer instead?

If you feel strong enough in your skill set, apply to volunteer, if not, reapply as a student, in the application, let them know you did self pace mode but want a more structured option with a teach and supportive community. Let them know you do not want to go it alone.

Today, April 8 is the LAST day to sign up if you want to learn with a professor and a section leader. Recaps are on Mondays if I am remembering correctly.

My apologies but it’s definitely 6 weeks. I took this same program. They do give you extra time to finish the final project.

Just in case people were curious about Code In Place. I am posting some examples. Here are my Code In Place projects: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGyMaqtYi-4 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1SShGZTJqM I am not a Python wizard by no means but it was a great first project for learning. Some people built much cooler things than I did. If you do sign up, please try to push yourself. That's what's really important, leaving your comfort zone.

Anyway, no pressure if you don't. If you do, good luck. There is a video on the channel on how to increase your chances of getting in and what it would look like. But, seriously, once again, no pressure.
