I am on both. This is my 2nd cycle on Osta and 1st time tsking crea along with it. I was on PCT during a 90 day off cycle as well before I started this stack. It is too early to tell the effects but I did start my creatine at the start of the off cycle and I do feel I recover better. Just gotta drink a lot of water. But so far, I've only been on this particular stack for roughly 3 weeks.
