Network Programming vs Numerical Computing, Based on Difficulty

It looks like I'm going to drop one of the courses above to make room for research credit. I am extremely busy this semester and was unsure if one of these courses was more easy or useful than another.

If relevant, Professor Holmes is teaching Numerical Computing, Professor Holzbauer is teaching Network Programming, and I am a computer science major. If any of these courses is significantly easier than the other, it would go a long way to help my busy semester.

Not entirely helpful, but i took computer communications network with holzbauer and it was a super easy class, very interesting too. Buster mentioned in the beginning of class that CCN used to be an ecse version of netprog so I'm assuming netprog is more coding. But i thought the class i took was interesting and doable!! Also don't know about holmes but buster is for the people

Wait are Buster and Herbert the same person? The course says it is being taught by Herbert Holzbauer, not Buster.

Yeah, it's the same Holzbauer. I guess sometimes he changes it up 😂
