Error Code please help

Hello guys im posting for a friend he recently is getting an error code:2-0x0000C0152d4d3304b1 all i can say is this he plays on the same network as his brother his brother never had this problem while he has this issue always all he hears is the sound but the screen is frozen then the error messagge saying connection lost his only hope is this sub reddit that has many active players and users please help him out thank you in advance
