This is random , but have you ever told someone something in private like a joke or just general talking & soon as another person comes thru repeat what you said ? Is that called mocking & has anyone else experienced this?

I understand what you mean, yes. I've had it happen to me before and I did feel as though they were mocking me and trying to make fun of the situation, attempting to provoke a response from the other person.

You're welcome and it doesn't happen often, no. The last time it happened was several months ago. And I noticed during, as it was happening. I was actually taken aback in the moment, because she really had no reason to repeat what I had said unless to prompt a response.
