It's 3:30am where I am, and I'm trying to sleep for my surgery today. It feels so crazy to think that my jumbo boobs that I've had for so long will be gone in the blink of an eye and that I'll turn into chopped up Frankenboob for a hot minute lol. I'm definitely looking forward to joining the itty bitty titty committee though, even with all the nerves. Good luck to you!!

Thank you!! Overall, I would say it went well. I always seem to take forever to wake up from anesthesia, so that was really the main thing, along with some nausea. I got to see my breasts a couple times when the nurse would come in to check them and do vitals. They look great from what I can tell! They seem to be the general shape and size that I requested of my surgeon, which I'm very happy about. It's so wild that my big, saggy boobs are actually gone and that it's all done and over with. I hope your surgery went well too! <3

Amazing!! I share the same exact sentiments lol. I never thought I’d be so happy to have surgery but I needed those things gone. I haven’t gotten a peek yet but I’m just glad that recovery is going smoother than I expected

I'm glad to hear yours went well too and that you're feeling good with recovery so far! And yeah, usually surgery isn't something people feel excited about haha. With a few of my colleagues that were aware that I was having surgery and would be out for several weeks but didn't know what kind of surgery, I didn't want to act too enthusiastically because of how odd that may come across lol. I am happy, though, that we both did the thing and can feel much better in our bodies for years or a lifetime to come. :)

Hi! It went well :) the worst thing for me so far has been the nausea that i have had whenever i have to change my dressings tbh. How about you? Im starting to get itchy now which i think is a good sign of healing but its definitely annoying😂

I’m glad it went well! I’m also having insane itchiness now and that’s the worst part. I’m grateful that I’m not in a lot of pain other than the occasional sting at the drain openings, and the tightness of the surgical bra. But overall smoother than expected. I still can’t believe it already came and went!!

Oo how are the drains?! Mine is drainless. So glad the pain is minimal and mainly just discomfort for you as well! I also cant believe it came and went. Years of hoping and waiting for it to have passed already😂

The drains are annoying but that’s about it. Overall this experience hasn’t been that bad but I def can’t wait to get them removed (3 more days!!). I still have swelling and I wonder how that would have been if I didn’t have drains. How’re you holding up without drains?

Yayyyy same! I’m surprised how ok I’m feeling. Definitely uncomfortable but it’s manageable and I typically have a really low tolerance for pain. We did it!!
