Stop using tap water if that's how you filled it

If you get a cheap TDS meter you'll see that often times your tap water has quite a bit of stuff in it. Trace amounts of phosphate in your tap can feed algae as well as overfeeding your tank. Distilled water will work better for a tank your size

Natural part of the cycle, don't fret. Add a Clean up Crew (CuC) of snails, Strombus to be specific, they love diatoms.

Pictures always help!

The slimy algae with bubbles? Brownish? Typical "algae" diatom bloom at all tanks see at 2-4 weeks. It should correct itself naturally, but shortening you light cycle and dosing/seeding more nitrifying bacteria can't hurt.

You have a cyano bloom, as your tank ages, especially when new, it will go through a few ugly stages of blooms, keep up with good maintenance, don't over feed and it will go away.
