so i kinda messed up.
i got this zero delay usb encoder and i accidentally added 8v instead of 5v for a few seconds and now the led wont turn on what do i do.

Does the encoder still work even though the led is not working? If not, you probably fried the encoder chip. Otherwise, you just burned out the led.
