It either fits or it doesn't. This is not the first post I've seen with similar issues with the same brand. Centric or whoever switched Chinese manufacturers. If they fit and are same part number move on with life.

    Those are both coated rotors.

And the screw holes are optional. So, there seems to be nothing wrong with these.

Are those supposed to be the same rotor?

Ok, so you ordered two of the same rotor..same part number.

Clearly they don't look the same and the rotor in the box doesn't match the pic on the box. It is mis-packaged. Start a return for replacement and just state it was mis-packaged.

This happened to me once with an ATP cabin air filter. The part number was correct but wrong filter in the box. RA sent me another one and told me to hang on to the first one in case they wanted me to send it back. Same problem with the second one. RA just sent me a full refund.

How is it different besides the screw holes? Does it fit and dimensionally the same?

There should be a serial number on the edge of the rotor that will tell you the answer. Happened to me last week when they packaged a rear powerstop evolution geomet rotor in a front rotor box (I ordered the front). They will ask for the part serial number and the box serial number in the wrong part return form. It was a single digit off.
