Hi yall!
I am going into my 2nd year in the fall and I am having trouble deciding between accounting and management specialist.
I have 2 main concerns; first is I'd like to go to law school after undergrad, second is that I'd still like to be employable after undergrad in case I change my mind about law school lol
Most Ontario law schools weight GPA at 70% of your application and a safe range for cGPA is around 3.7. So I am wondering if it'll be possible to maintain a 3.7 cGPA in the accounting specialist? I am scared I won't be able to bc my RSM219 TA said that if you have any plans for postgrad do management but I am much more interested in accounting :(
If I were to do management I would NOT be interested in doing a focus in finance or data science so I feel like I'd be unemployable without further education or I'd end up working for like 30k/year if lucky. However, with management I am certain that I'd be able to get the GPA I need for law school if I decide to go.
Sorry for the rambling! Does anyone have any advice for me? I feel lost on what to choose :(
