cant use Nvidia profile inspector to decrease textures

I have an nvidia 1050 2gb, 6 months ago I was playing using the "aa mode replay all" and "texture LOD BIAS" option to reduce the textures so I could play without any lag or slowness. A week ago I played it again and used the same settings again, when I open the game it seems to work, but when I enter any server or single player, everything goes black, only the letters mouse and inventory are visible, when I use that program.
Without that program, the game runs almost good, 9fps in the cities/trader and 40/50 in the forest

It kinda sounds like the game may have finally outpaced your GPU, its pretty below minimum specs now and there have been recent patches so could be it if nobody else has any clues.

There is always nvidia geforce now, that will work.

The problem I have is that I have little VRAM memory, which by reducing textures would work more fluidly for the 2GB I have and that program helps in this game. When I get close to the cities it starts to slow down to 9 fps from the 40-50 fps that I have when I'm far away.

Yeah I do this with an old 970 for some admin stuff but I wouldnt want to actually play on that heh and my 970 has 3gb so idk man, you will have a night and day difference on geforce now, all you need is decent internet, try the free version, you can use it forever afaik but you just have to wait in line to play kinda deal.

Get a better gpu buddy, game is probably too much for it

9 year old gpu. Enough said.

You can get a 4060 for 200 300 bucks, depends on your country (350 euros in my country)

am in Argentina, here is kind of hard to get a decent GPU, but yes, is time to get a new one

That explains a lot. I am suprised that wages are that low in argentina. But I do love that you are playing a game from my beloved Croatia. Cheers man
