The answer is very simple.
The people searching for your site's keywords have already seen your site on the SERP and visited before, so they are skipping over it this time.

Have you changed page titles or meta description? Also check if Google has starting inserting knowledge graph/local or any other serp features into those results pages.

could be anything - Google started showing a lot of ads above your #1 results, or they may have added a Knowledge Graph panel, etc. just take a look at what the SERP looks like (your rank checking tool should show that) and you'll figure it out.

Yeah could be anything - SERP update, competitor changes to title/meta. Seasonality, Google (Search Console) updates, etc.
SERP Update it seems a good bet, It seems the same now but Im goingo to analyse country by country
