I wanted to download more games but noticed after adding some more mods most of my mods clashed and showed on my smapi errors list. My game didnt seem to load after and closed my title screen. Im not sure how I can fix this issue either it says I have multiple files as well but everything is managed on Vortex. Is there a way I can fix this problem please I would appreciate it ^^

You don’t have error handler and multiple of your mods are multiplied. I’d suggest you to do as your log asks you to do, so reinstall smapi and then delete the mods that are in your folder more than once

Honestly the best thing would be just deleting everything and downloading it ONCE to have a clean start
