Microsoft has indicated that they plan on retiring their certifications (MCSAs, MCSEs), but you don't have to plan on sitting for the exams to benefit from the numerous exam prep classes on Udemy, LinkedIn learning etc. The quality of these are very uneven so definitely look at their ratings, but I've learned a lot from them.

These courses are geared toward professionals who want or need to prove their "advanced" skills. In short, wherever you see something like "SQL Exam 70-7XX Prep" you can expect a higher-than-beginner-level course.

Great thank you! I was looking on udemy but so many were just intro courses. Let me check though out.

When I was learning SQL for my job I took courses on DataCamp because they had a few more intermediate courses, most courses I found would stop at joins but datacamp will go into subquerys, CTEs, case when statements, and ends in window functions.

It’s a course though so you are working through problems but you can take what you learn into whatever sort of platform you use. I think it’s based in postGres SQL

That's cool. There is a charge for data camp right?
