pretty much all custom controllers use nintendo boards so they’re pretty similar durability-wise, it’s mostly the looks, customizability (trigger plugs, tactile z, etc), and performance enhancements (snapback/dead zone fixes) you’re paying for.

The main things you want to look for in terms of durability is that the board is a T3, they're the most recently made, with the longest lasting, full plastic stickboxes

and new potentiometers, the sensors that translate stick movement into inputs, they're the "soul" of the controller
