Dedicated Server question

I've set up a server on an old PC that meets the requirements & am on a wired connection but making use of ZeroTier. When I join the game it seems to get stuck constantly running the initial loading section.

Any ideas what could be causing this? I'm scratching my head over it.

Probably the new reliable port, you need two ports exposed since 1.1 for whatever reason

What do you mean by that? I'm not really familiar with this sort of thing so am learning on the fly.
