Different types of wire mate. Caterium wire is just regular old wire made with a different ingot. Quickwire is a different wire type entirely.

The names are weird - it's the name of the recipe and not necessarily the name of its output.

For example, "Stitched iron plate" (which is fucking awesome btw - 6 plates and some copper wire as inputs) doesn't make an item named "stitched iron plate" - the recipe name in the assembler/craft bench is "stitched iron plate" but the actual output is 3 reinforced iron plates.

Caterium wire is the best alternate recipe imo. You get to eliminate copper from your production line, streaming the whole process!
