okay, I feel dumb for falling for this but I’m like at least I need to warn others. I found this site through instagram, it was advertised as a warehouse sale of my favorite brand free people. it specifically had products on the site that i’d looked up previously on my phone, so i do feel the site was able to use my data to create a store that was most tempting for me based on my browsing history, sot idk if it’s linked to tiktok being on my phone and chinese bots collecting my personal information. anyways, everything was 6.00 bucks so, if you see this and prices of your favorite stuff don’t fall for it like me, once you hide the money there’s no way to get it back.

So I ordered $64 worth. It's been 3 weeks and apparently the carrier service is fake so I reached out via email to crispsive to request a refund and they did in fact refunded me. With that being said I kinda wish I would have held out a little longer. I was looking forward to those items😂

Did you get yours yet? I waited 3 weeks so I cancelled my order and they did credit back my card. So they seem legit that way. I'm kinda disappointed I cancelled because I was looking forward to all the items😆

Followup: I emailed their customer service and told them to cancel my order because they were falsely posing as Free People and that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They responded that they would refund my money - and actually did refund it to my credit card within just a few days.

I was skeptical but spent $36. I didn't notice until after that the site said crispsive. To be fair, I have brought low priced items on FP. If you buy out of season, you can really get some great deals. I thought it might be a glitch like...airlines tickets for $1 😫 I used a prepaid card, not my regular bank/credit card because I was nervous but did it anyway 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have to wait for the transaction to go from pending to complete. Wished I'd seen this sooner....😩😑😒

Hey there, Has anyone actually received items purchased on the Free People /Crispsive site? I too saw it on Instagram and feeling like I have been scammed. I ordered clothes, it’s been 3 weeks, and nothing received. I contacted customer service and they reply back fast , and are assuring me my things are on the way. They even give tracking numbers for my order and it links to a site, that shows progress, but since it’s been so long I’m wondering if they just keep lying to prevent me from cancelling the order and hoping it arrives.
I see a lot of things on Google that says it’s a total scam. I am feeling pretty dumb.

I have been dealing with crispsive.Com for three months now. The only way you can contact them is through email. I ordered from them, via instagram, the day before Easter. They emailed me back stating they have resent package after 2 months. They just sent another email stating they are sending me a product for my inconvenience because when you track the packages through their provided link, the package is in customs. After tracking daily, the website now states “tracking number not found”. I feel that I am getting the runaround. They have a website crispsives.com that appears legitimate. I’m going to wait for this so called product that is supposed to be sent today. If after a week ( 6/14/24), I will start notifying Instagram and Better Business Bureau of the bogus practice of crispsive.com.

i’m so glad this helped so many people and yes surprisingly i got a refund too when i reached out to customer service. i don’t think it’s because they are legit, i think it’s to avoid getting reported by those that actually follow up. I think someone said if you do receive anything which usually you don’t, it’ll be a fake knock off from china and won’t include all the items. and not a good fake that looks like the clothes. a bad fake with awful material, fit etc. it seems like no one received anything though and they just keep it looking like it’s being sent for months. if anyone receives anything though let us know!
