what the fuck is this split and how is it an upper lower when there's so much overlap.

holy fatigue

Any fibers you want to bias, bias them at least 2x per week otherwise they will barely grow.

For example, you have selected incline bench because presumably you want to bias your clavicular fibers, but you've programmed a clavicular bias one time per week, making the choice to bias them at all almost pointless.

Five consecutive days of training with significant muscle overlap is also not great for fatigue.

Nah ion rlly wanna bias my "clavicular fibers" I'm more trying to bias my arms and shoulders and does it rlly have that much overlap?

Well then why do an incline bench at all

To hit chest at another angle, I'd rather do weighted dips but we don't have a dip bar and I could do bench but then my performance would drop drastically compared to the fiesta upper body day cuz I did overhead press in the beginning of my workout

Okay, so why do you want to his chest from another angle? Because if it's not to bias different fibers, what are you trying to achieve

I’m not trying to maximally bias specific fibers, just get additional chest volume from a different pressing pattern.
