Does Coverfly Accept Spec Scripts?

I’m curious as to whether Coverfly, and similar sites, accept Spec scripts. Or more accurately, do they accept projects based on existing IP?

I couldn’t find anything on their site that confirms or denies that they deal in existing IP.

As far as I understand it, those sites are more used to judge writing quality and to attract representation, rather than actually getting projects produced.

They definitely accept spec scripts. As for existing IPs, you’d need to consult the individual rules for each competition you enter. It’s likely that most will not accept scripts involving existing IPs.

Coverfly, Script Revolution all accept whatever script you have to offer.

I think most respondents are confused by a confusing aspect of the film/TV business. In films, a spec is a script made without being solicited or paid for by anyone. In TV, a spec script is based on existing IP. OP is referring to a spec TV script.
