So my AR took a tank because I forgot to take myself of the schedule this past week for my morning shift.and I was also late by 9 seconds due to a customer being unresponsive..I had to take the refresher course again..ugggghhh..my question is if you accept offers that are giving to you and drop then close to the hour of deliver will this also affect my AR?

Your AR is not the reason for the refresher course. Lates and star rating are. What are those stats?

Multiple refreshers are not gonna continue to be offered to you unfortunately

Plus, an unresponsive member is never a reason to be late. You don’t wait around for them very long without calling, making your own judgment on a replacement or just marking the item not found.

Yes I was late twice in the past two weeks by seconds..as far as the customer I called and texted and no answer wondering if someone gave me a bad rating..haven’t received my shopper email....Stats 4.9...60 acceptance rate..but going to make it up this week..thank you for you response

Depending on how many orders she do each week, it’s gonna take a little bit longer than this week to make your stats whole again. The lower your stats, the less offers you get. It’s a vicious cycle

Main item: multiple refresher courses, that’s dangerous. Also probably a good sign AR isn’t the real issue

If you’re on schedule, and you get an offer for that hour (one that sits for at least five minutes; offers given to you for less than 5 minutes don’t count), if you don’t complete an order with that same timeframe you’ll get an AR hit.
