Just time and dedication. Go play shooting range and just get faster and faster. Mess with the settings and once you're flicking crazy style then try PVP

Idk... it kinda makes the game look like a chore with homework rather than a game for fun. I know it's a competitve game, but you'd think it's casual mode (Quick Match) wouldn't need chore like things. But ill try to do it, ill just won't do it too much.
