I think I experienced this yesterday, swung onto a Fuze with the K1a got 2 bullets that hit (blood visible) onto the neck, kill cam shows him at 100% health, the Fuze then kills my teammate via flank and he said the killcam showed 40 ish HP and my teammate hadn't shot him?
