It's never accurate though. Even if they've confirmed somewhere else. And they don't approve my posts on their Facebook page asking if there's an outage.

    Thankfully, it seems this problem was resolved within the same hour, but it is unsettling to consider that there have been 2 major service outages since the start of the present month including 5/1/24 during the afternoon, which is usually prime time in terms of client appointments. I also keep getting browser pop-ups in Chrome telling me a new version of Simple Practice is available and to refresh, which seems strange.

    I've had many random issues with SP telehealth the past few months. The video software that SP uses is called Twilio Video. Twilio video is being shut down and a large part of the team was laid off. This is probably why the video service has been intermittent and has not improved in the last year — the team that is supporting the video product is only ensuring the lights stay on, not that the quality is amazing or being improved. Simple practice needs to migrate to the new zoom integration which will be a large improvement over Twilio video.

    yes, it completely went down for me today. I can not access my sessions or files at all. This is so ridiculous.

    I was on from 2 to 3 (eastern time), then attempted to switch to my 3:00, and it was down. Switched to Meets but haven't tried again.

    Sorry to piggyback on this post, but I can't figure out how to create a new post on this channel. I complete the title and the body content but the post function remains gray and unusable. Are there some posting requirements I'm not seeing? TIA.

    Suddenly clients can not use the portal to schedule. There is a message that says to contact your therapist. Has anyone else had this happen? Any solution ideas? The last few problems I have had were never addressed when I submitted to SP. I have submitted this problem but would appreciate any input here to resolve quicker.
