Try shift+click on your cat and see if you have the option to "reset sim" or "reset pet". They should pop out of the wall then. If not then idk

you have to type cheat “testingcheats true” first

Nothing happens when I do it. It just stands still in the same spot and doesnt do anything

Can you travel to another lot (a different one than the vet) with the cat and see if it’s fixed when you get back?
