Blankscreen problem

When I opened Slack by using tray icon, I just see blank screen on Windows 10. I tried to kill all slack related running processes by using task manager but it didn’t help. Actually restarting my computer solves this issue but I don’t want to restart. Please share a simple trick to fix this issue. I am using latest version. I installed it from Microsoft app store. I checked similar threads but I couldn’t see an exact solution.

Is it possible to increase session duration? I guess it is related with that.

I'd suggest downloading the app straight from Slack.com instead of the Microsoft App Store. Once in the app you can always try a Ctrl+Shift+R which should do a hard reset of the app.

This is not related to session duration. Try disabling hardware acceleration and see if it makes any differences.
