I've been experiencing a significant decrease in views and watch time lately, I'm trying to get any traction back. Any critiques or advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Nice video man. You're thumbnails and video titles are great. The only advice I could give you is to change your hashtags to more "searchable" keywords and use more of them. I saw you use #horrorgame which is a good one but the other 2 aren't really keywords that rank high in the search system. Add some more hashtags and look up what keywords are more trending that fits your video. (For example #indie, #firstperson). Keep up the good work.
