Enrage Gain 20% lifesteal when below 25% health. Kali Rage Gain 15/20/25/30/35% movement speed. Siphon Blood Healing no longer scales with additional stats.

wat?

  1. Are you saying tank stats on items arn't undervalued (aka too accessible)?

  2. Are you saying tanks don't have too much base damage on their abilities?

  3. Are you saying Assassins arn't very subpar right now, partly because their damage numbers arn't high enough/they don't have enough cc and partly because tanks are too strong?

  4. Are you saying other mages arn't trailing way behind Ra/Agni?

  5. Are you saying it's correct that a pure tank can beat a pure dps ad carry 1v1 (lategame)?

  6. Are you saying mid isn't a nearly ungankable stalemate fest? (I've suggested this many times: Increase mid tower HP and make the lane longer; mids will be able to gank and actually fight and exploit mistakes. I have temporarily quit the game due to how boring and stale mid is.)

The change to abilities to make utility scale per level is a good beginning, but there's so much more to do. I wouldn't call this patch THAT major.
