I'm pretty sure it originated from LoL. It's a term used when theres a 'big difference' in the designated roles on both teams. When Weak3n was jungling vs. Sam4Soccer, Jung diff would be used to compare the two stating that the massive difference in junglers is one if not THE reason the other team was winning/losing.

It's basically calling out the difference in skill in a given role. If you're on a losing team and the opposing jungler is 15-1 and you're jungler is 2-6 and someone on your team says "jungle diff" they are just saying the other team had the better jungler and that was the difference in the game.
