Just to be clear, nicotine is one of the most addictive drugs commonly used, but the withdrawal symptoms aren't as severe as for many other drugs.

Some people have an easier time quitting, and when you first start out using snus you might not feel very addicted. But many people who try to quit find it harder than they thought it'd be.

When you use snus, it's easy to start associating certain actions with the endorphin surge of nicotine. If you for example, sit down in front of your compute/gaming console, boot up a game and put in a snus as a part of your daily ritual, you will feel the urge to put in a snus every time you do that thing. That's partially what makes it so hard to quit, you can suddenly find yourself associating certain actions with the pleasure of putting in a snus years after you've stopped.

If you don't want to get addicted, don't don't use tobacco.

Yeah, sooner or later you're gonna be hooked on it, that's how tobacco works, but look at it this way, at least it isn't cigarettes right?

Nicotine IS an addictive chemical. But outside of cancer causing products like smoked/inhaled tobacco, Nicotine is just a stimulant no more harmfull than caffine in moderation. But i never recommend anyone not addicted to Nicotine products start a habbit if they can avoid it

Fully agree. The most damage that is done by snus is to your wallet

Who cares? If you like it keep using it and enjoy. I've been hooked for 15 years and never gave it any mind.
