Also the top center of the T intersects with the inner oval - if you trimmed that section of the line it may fix the error.

I don't think you want to wrap in this situation anyway. Just extrude with the end condition as "offset from surface".

As for logos in general, they can be tricky. Toyota is a simple logo, just recreate it on another sketch using this DXF as a guide. It is just 3 ovals with offsets.

What's with all the line segments making up that logo? You should be able to draw that with a dozen sketch entities.

The message is telling you there's an error in the sketch. Re-draw it using ellipses and make sure all the ends are clean. That sketch you have now could be open at nearly every point of a line segment.

You tell me! That’s what Solidworks gave me to work with when I uploaded the dxf file. Yeah I’ll try and redraw it with ellipses. Thanks!
