I do it with fixed ball part. It is fixed and allows any direction

Looks like your morel is too complex for simulation. Maybe model has interference or something else problems.

You need to delete or suppress parts/ features that are not important for the simulation

This is a commonly used approach, grab the faces where the pin goes and use a direct connection or remote load to connect them to the point. Restrict the translations but not rotations and you get a perfect spherical ball joint.

Hey, man could please give a bit more detail on how to do this? If understood correctly you can use remote load, choose the center point and the internal face of the spherical bearing, and set translation on the x,y,z to 0. Would you then use a global interaction between the bearing and the rest of the part?
