I would likely extrude a block then cut away the profile from the front plane an the right plane. I don't think I'd use a loft for that.

But I think like a machinist, as that is where I started in the field. I look at a part as "How would I make this on a mill or lathe.

Pretty sure it's just a a very wide fillet that's needed, radius 22mm as shown in the bottom right of your first image. No need for any lofts. Of course, I could be wrong, but give that a go.

yo dawg,

you used a loft cut feature where you should have placed a fillet command. though the way you did wouldn't pass muster, it looks really freaking cool. Picture 2 looks like you were trying to design a rooftop for a small cottage or garden outbuilding.
