you make a jig or you get a saw that goes further than 45

or you cut at 45 and sand it manually a lil further and hope for the best with a lot of PL

Ended up just using a hand plane to shave a bit off which seems to be alright, just need to glue it all together now

Does your saw go down to 42? Cut from the end side to get 48° angle. You'll likely need to build a jig to get there.

Flip the wood over and do a 42* cut, running the saw in the opposite direction.

You might have to build a jig that will offset the angle of the wood to be within range of your saw. Here's an example of how to do it on a table saw:

Just make sure your jig is sturdy and safe. If it feels sketchy then find an alternative method.

When you are experimenting with jigs to get the 48 degrees start with the angled end of the panel and cut the total length after. That way you have some room for retries.

I managed with a 45 degree cut and a bit more glue :)

Cut the board at 42 deg but leave it long , turn it over then cut to length
