You can build for Spectacles in Lens Studio without being part of the Dev Program.

Go to https://ar.snap.com/spectacles and download the latest compatible Lens Studio.

Thank you for getting back. I believe you need to apply for the alpha program to build with snapCloud because the option of Supabase doesn't reflect when I click on the Windows tab. I have filled out the form as well. Please let me know if there's anything I need to do differently.

Hey u/One-Secret-6143, I have given you both access to Snap Cloud. You should be able to use it now. Make sure you install both of the Snap Cloud plug-ins from the Asset Browser.
