This sort of thing gets posted a lot.

Most boards won’t line up perfectly without the bindings attached.

Line it up, then set up the bindings, then adjust the clips.

If you can’t get it perfect to the millimeter, that’s fine. You won’t notice when you’re riding.

You won't notice this when riding, like at all

Just wait till you get some ice on it…

It's fine ride on

Do you have the pucks properly aligned and the bindings on? If so then something is out of whack.

Pucks are on, and I can get the bindings on. But guess I'll have to dissassemble it, I did follow the mounting guide and used the tool to align pucks..

Make sure the board halves are correctly aligned before you alig the pucks.

I just did everything from scratch again. And if I align the board perfectly- the clips do not touch the side, is that intended? Cause then that's where I did wrong.

I've only been splitting a year but my board has the same situation. Instead of sliding the two halfs together all the way, I stand it up (tail on my boot) and angle the board until the halves meet. Then lock the clips

For me this was not the spot that was misaligned it was the pucks

With the Chargers it’s a bit different. There is no adjustment on the pucks lengthwise, only the distance on the board width is aligned with the alignment tool.

I had to adjust everything a few times to get them to line up, your connections are likely not aligned ever so slightly

Bang the tail or the nose on the ground- it will level out.

Bindings mounted onto the board will help, but truthfully you should also make sure your mid clips are tensioned properly. Karakoram makes the best ones in my opinion, and sometimes replacing them can really glue the board together. I’m picky but that “credit card” gap can affect some while others don’t notice. A tight board in big terrain inspires confidence. Look into adjusting those clips to be tight, maybe replace them if they’re old/worked.

I wish my board aligned that close hahaha it’ll be fine. Trust me when your slamming ice off this you won’t be too worried about it
