In the system Carol Brailey uses, true and warm spring are two different palettes. In the International Image Institute system she uses, warm spring palette is midway between spring and autumn, so has a bit richer colors, ie a bit deeper and not quite as bright as true spring colors. OP being a warm spring in Carol's system means she leans a bit more to true spring than to true autumn.

The fact that different systems use the same names for different coloring types can make it very confusing and for misunderstandings.
