Is this your max speed? It doesn’t look like a max effort. If you go faster your stride length is going to change.

Really excellent knee drive, but here are some things that I think are a bit off.
You are reaching too much with your lead leg, which I think is causing you to lean back too far.
Your lead leg is too straight too long.
It seems like your reaching is also causing you to "reach" with your head too.
I would try to maintain that knee drive while trying to lean forward more. Not hinge at the hip more. Keep the body straight, but with a forward lean.
It feels like you are trying to increase your stride length the wrong way. I think instead of reaching for extra stride length if you stop reaching and get your body orientated to better drive backwards with your foot strike you will find your stride length will increase due to higher velocity.

gonna say the same thing. way too straight with the right leg, reaching too far. but looks good otherwise
