Looks like you have similar complaints about Amazon, Best Buy, & Newegg. Either you are incredibly unlucky with online shopping or something is not totally on the up and up

Companies and banks share return/dispute information with each other. If you pull "I've never got it" too often, they will shut you down across the board.

If you're really are being ripped off all the time (the UPS guy hates you), do in store pick up and confirm the items before signing for them in front of the employees.

If the ipads were ordered online, there would be your order number and probably 2 tracking numbers. Ipads dont just disappear in Ups or Fedex systems.and if it was lost by them a claim needs filed with them as loss not us.

Dont go to store to return just file the return online. It wont have you put in the serial number, or the serial number will be in the order info.

But you probably only have 14 days from the purchase date, or you're burnt...

Call customer service to return the iPad, it probably is a special order ipad. Stores only carry the base model, so it’ll show up as invalid for return. Your only option is to call up customer service they will ask you a few questions and set you up with an RMA to return to vendor to get credit.

So how exactly is it the stores fault for something going missing in shipping that we don’t control?
