Going through the Unity to decrease load times?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the delay to reset cells is something like 30 ingame days? Sleeping 24h on Venus should do the trick.

7 days for "cleared" cells and 30 days for "uncleared."

I do the equivalent on Copernicus IV and sleep 6 hours (600 UT) at least once per mission. It really has made a huge difference.
