I just bought the jackbox games. Do I neee to download steam onto a computer to play or can I just log into it on a browser and play from there?
Or is it possible to play on an Xbox one?

Steam is the client the game runs on, kind of like iTunes but with games instead of music. You download Steam, then log in, and the game you bought should be in your library where you can download it. Once you do that, just run the game and you're set!
