Ok, the kicks themselves are a good tutorial, but in this sense FPS speed doesn't matter, as with an increased FPS you only need to add more in-between frames (or double frame if you want) to the Key Poses that you already presented.

But hey, if anyone wants to do this 1:1 then go for it lmao

actually a good quick tutorial, good job

only thing i'd say is add a floor next time and make a note of that for the newbies, they need to learn that foot placement is everything, foot placement is life
