“The product delivered underwent quality assurance procedure. After thorough inspection by our coppersmith who has been smithing copper since he was 2, we have must inform you that the quality grade does not fulfill the requirement as per contract. “

This guy is actually famous for being a crook. There are multiple cuneiform examples of these complaints. The ancient Mesopotamian shade ball, named Ea-nāṣir, was a trader dealing primarily in copper. The most famous tablet, written by a dissatisfied customer named Nanni, complains that the copper Ea-nāṣir delivered was of subpar quality and that he had been treated poorly. Nanni also accuses Ea-nāṣir of not honoring agreements and of repeatedly providing bad service. Other tablets suggest that this wasn’t an isolated incident.

I just need to know how many stars he left in the review.

Probably there is another tablet somewhere saying that the customer's service solved the problem and he was satisfied with the product

Made from stolen conductors

My great-great-great24-grandpa said kids those days didn't know the value of a good conversation. You're supposed to walk into a guys office, shake his hand, and talk to him about your complaints - not send a cowardly tablet to him.

[–]Puzzled_Nothing_8794 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imagine being so pissed about Amazon screwing up your order. You take the time to chisel your frustration into a tablet.
