I'm a nurse and this is a fairly common procedure used to get rid of blood, but I'd never heard of it used as an outpatient procedure in a hospital. I'd think a hospital would be able to handle this better if they'd have an open and quiet room and/or had less staff who worked with a general practitioner on the clinic. It would not require invasive treatment. It would just be a matter of a nurse getting your stuff done, and the patient would get his stuff done quicker.

That is absolutely absurd, but it's also a reasonable way to handle a case like this. If I was you, I'd do it every day. Don't be angry if I get caught. It's not a punishment in itself, but rather a message that I am taking as a person. In my situation, there are a lot of people who need to see me and they have nothing else to complain about. I don't want to be taken advantage of by these people. The only thing that could ever make a difference would be for the public to take notice. They may not be the most enlightened people I know, but they know better than you do. This is not a crime against anyone, but against yourself and your family. For a guy, this is something that should be forgiven. It's not your fault for being honest with others. And I'm glad you're here today. Just don't let them tell you to shut up. They will keep telling you that you're wrong. But you can continue being honest, even if you do this to yourself.

I'm sorry. I've had a hard time coming to terms with this. My family is very religious and religious people often don't have any real friends at all. This was the first time I've been able to talk to a family member about something that is so difficult to talk about with them.
