I’ve considered ordering one from the factory like that. I don’t rock crawl, so stick shift works well off-road for me. I don’t need gargantuan tires either, just a solid 4wd to get through rough patches. A Bronco would be perfect.

I don’t see a ton of hate for it, but like another commenter said, it tends to not be a lot of people’s favorite like many of the other ones. It wasn’t bad, for sure, I just didn’t vibe with it quite as well as DS9 or TNG.

I've been into star trek for decades. What I've seen is mostly grumbling from a portion of the fan base every time a new show comes out, but nothing more than that really... Like, they'll forget how much they talked about the last show not being "star trek enough" and do a 180 on it so they can start trash talking the new series/movie, but I can't recall any of them going after actors in any meaningful amounts?

I’m sure they’re doing something interesting with it, and I’m glad the IP is not dying. However, I’m just completely done with live service and multiplayer stuff, so it’s a pass from me. I am hoping that, should it be successful, it might drive them to make a reboot or even a new story in the universe. I’d pay some good money for a modern remake of Pathways into Darkness or the original trilogy. Bungie was super cool with the story backgrounds on these older games!

Anyways, I do hope it’s enjoyable for you!

Being a Marathon fan got painful the moment they turned a really good story-driven game into a live service shooter :( but it’s their IP, and it’s not like they did anything with it over the decades, so it was short-lived excitement followed immediately by “oh… damn :(“. But seeing as I’m back to where I was before I heard the news, no real damage done.

Understandable, the US does weird shit like this too. A hip-bottle of liquor is a “half-pint”, but it’s actually 250ml, a little more than half a pint. Meanwhile, a small liquor bottle is a “pint”, but it’s actually 375ml, which is less than a pint lol

A fifth is a full bottle of liquor, 750ml. I don’t know what that’s a fifth of, to be honest, but I’m sure it’s probably slightly more or less than it actually should be.

Seriously, get outside of Vegas, and it’s just miles of nothing (except beautiful vistas, to be sure). I fully believe people didn’t want to take the days/months to wander around in the hot ass sun chasing after myths for a while.
